——Quanhong Enterprise Management Undertakes Chuangxian Industry Employee Training Conference

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Law"), enhance the awareness of the importance of family education among all employees, and strengthen the sense of social responsibility for family, tutoring, and family ethics construction. On the afternoon of April 22rd, 2025, Chuangxian Industry held a special training session with the theme of "Promotion Law". The training was organized by Anqing Quanhong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and specially invited teacher Ye Qing from the Municipal Party School to give a lecture.

Teacher Ye first explained the background of the promulgation of the Promotion Law: With the rapid development of society, the role of family education in national development and social progress is becoming increasingly prominent. On October 23rd, 2021, the 31st Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress passed the Promotion Law, which will come into force on January 1st, 2022. The promulgation of this law marks the rise of family education from traditional "family affairs" to an important "national affairs" in the new era, reflecting the high attention and strong support of the state for family education.

Teacher Ye pointed out the highlights of the Promotion Law and introduced its main contents, including the definition, fundamental tasks, content, requirements, support, and legal responsibilities of family education. He particularly emphasized that family education takes moral education as its fundamental task, aiming to cultivate and practice socialist core values, promote the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and promote the healthy growth of minors. At the same time, family education should respect the laws of physical and mental development and individual differences of minors, and provide education in a scientific and reasonable manner.

In order to help employees better understand the significance and value of the Promotion Law, Teacher Ye also shared a series of real-life cases around him. These cases involve successful experiences in family education, lessons learned from failures, and how to use the Promotion Law to solve practical problems, which have aroused strong resonance and deep thinking among employees.

Through training, help employees better understand and implement the Promotion Law, improve their family education level, and contribute to building a harmonious society.
