The establishment of the Women's Committee of Chuangxian Industry and the first Women's Representative Conference were held on the morning of August 22, 2024, in the conference room of Chuangxian Industry. The meeting was chaired by Hu Yue, Chairman of the Women's Federation of the Economic Development Zone, and attended by Chen Bin, Minister of the Party and Mass Work Department of the Economic Development Zone, Ye Dong, Director of the Party and Mass Work Department of the Economic Development Zone, General Manager of Chuangxian Industry, and women's representatives.

The establishment of the Women's Committee and the First Women's Congress is an important organizational activity aimed at establishing the Women's Committee and electing its leadership members, while planning the future direction of women's work.

The meeting studied the Constitution of the All China Women's Federation. After being elected by the Women's Congress, five comrades including Wang Jiao, Wang Runxia, Liu Yan, Zheng Fang, and Cheng Huiping were elected as members of the first Women's Committee of Chuangxian Industry, with Zheng Fang as the director and Wang Runxia as the deputy director.
