In order to conscientiously implement the work requirements of safety production, on the afternoon of May 23, 2023, the company leader held an on-site training meeting at the production site about risk and hazard investigation and safety production.
Production workshop employees, team leaders, equipment department personnel, and workshop directors participated the training session.
The leader of the company emphasized on these spots: 1. All production departments and equipment departments should carry out hidden danger investigation and self-inspection and self-correction work on a regular basis. 2. For the four sides of rotating equipment such as open mixer and internal mixer, emergency stop switches must be installed on each side, and it is clearly required that the equipment department should complete it before June 15, 2023. 3. It is required that there must be more than two (including two) people working in each shift. 4. In case of emergency, call for help and take corresponding safety measures. 5. Demonstrate the safety operation specifications of the cutting machine, emphasize that the power must be turned off before opening the protective cover of the cutting machine. If maintenance personnel need to open the protective cover while the blade is running to check the cause of the failure, they must take pictures in the work group first to increase awareness of risk prevention. 6. Require the Equipment Department to strictly adhere to the maintenance and risk identification of all equipment, and keep records. 7.
